Scheduled farm tours are available for groups of 15 or more. Tours are available year round but we recommend scheduling between the months of April and October as most of the tour activities are outside. Farm tours are great outings for school groups, day care, church groups, or birthday parties and family get-togethers.

Farm Tours are all HANDS ON!

Milk a dairy cow by hand, learn about cows in the education center, feed a baby calf with a bottle, feed the ducks and geese, head over to Annie's Barn to feed the goats and see all the horses, take a MOO-ride (wagon ride), and finish your trip with a delicious bowl of ice cream farm made with our own milk!

We are already booking up for summer of 2012 so call ASAP to get your date of choice! If you wish to order lunch items for your tour please request an order form at the time of your booking. Also NEW this year for groups larger than 30 people Calder Dairy will require you to pre-order your ice cream choices, an order form will be provided to you.

We have a large seating area under a covered pavilion located in the pond area at the farm where you are welcome to enjoy a picnic lunch. The pavilion is also available to decorate as you would like for birthday parties hosted at the Calder farm.

*Keep in mind this is a REAL WORKING FARM! Once you have scheduled your tour and are ready to head out to the farm please make sure to remind your group members, students, chaperones, etc of the following:

• Please DO NOT wear flip-flops or nice shoes/clothing you do not wish to get dirty as the tour is hands on.
• Rain Policy: The farm operates rain or shine so we leave it up to you whether or not you want to brave the weather or reschedule. Remember the tour is outside and we have no indoor seating area only the covered pavilion. In the case of severe weather tours will be cancelled to assure your safety as well as our staffs.
